Workshop for Mental Health Providers, Social Workers, Clergy, Family Service Providers addressing and supporting youth and families in urban communities suffering loss and trauma
This workshop provides a view of loss, grief and trauma that many African American children and adults are facing today living in Baltimore City. Participants will be able to define trauma, recognize the impact physically, mentally and socially and develop the skill to support youth and adults exposed to violence, suffering and death.
